AI scientist turned tech entrepreneur Dr Darko Matovski is known for his pioneering work in Causal AI – a new category of intelligent machines that reason like humans and understand cause-and-effect relationships. He is the co-founder and CEO of causaLens, a $50M venture-backed scaleup headquartered in London. 

Guido Imbens, a Nobel Prize-winning economist, is renowned for his contributions to causal inference. His groundbreaking methods for analyzing cause-and-effect relationships, such as natural experiments, have significantly influenced econometrics, statistics, and applications in AI and machine learning.

Dr. Juan Carlos Araque is a Principal Scientist in Process Science and Modeling at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, specializing in AI-driven pharmaceutical manufacturing. Previously, he was a Senior Scientist at Janssen Pharmaceuticals and a researcher at Cornell University and The University of Iowa. With expertise in computational modeling, data science, and biopharma innovation, he also has industry experience in R&D at PDVSA. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and is passionate about AI’s role in pharmaceutical advancements.

Luiz Tonisi is the President of Qualcomm Latin America, leading the region’s business growth and driving 5G adoption. He collaborates with carriers, OEMs, and governments to unlock the economic and social potential of Qualcomm’s technologies. Previously, he was Country Senior Officer at Nokia Brazil, shaping Brazil’s telecom sector. With leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent, RFS, and Nortel, Tonisi brings deep industry expertise. He also serves as a Fiesp director and startup advisor. Tonisi holds an Executive MBA from Ibmec São Paulo and a bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering from FEI-Brazil.

He has over 25 years of experience developing game-changing analytics products in Cisco’s Supply Chain, has launched quantitative global macro-based strategies at an Investment Advisory firm, and managed silicon fab technology and equipment development at Intel Corporation.

Ranjit Chacko is a Senior Director of Data Science at NetSuite, leading teams that leverage machine learning and generative AI to solve complex business challenges. With a strong background in statistical physics, he applies data science across industries, including healthcare, transportation, and fintech. He oversees teams focused on optimizing financial and accounting operations for customers and developing tools to enable ML-powered features for Oracle’s industry-leading Fusion Applications. His work drives efficiency and innovation in enterprise software, ensuring seamless integration of AI-driven solutions into critical business processes.

Tony Jebara is VP of Engineering for Personalization at Spotify, where he leads hundreds of engineers and scientists powering ML across Home, Search, Voice, Programming, and user engagement. He also oversees Spotify’s company-wide AI and machine learning strategy, advancing platform capabilities and best practices. Previously, he led personalization at Netflix, co-founded Sense Networks (acquired by AT&T), and was a tenured professor at Columbia University, publishing over 100 research papers with 20,000+ citations.

Vince, CEO of DANA Indonesia, is a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience. He has led pioneering ventures in payments, cloud consulting, and digital innovation.

In 2008, he founded INDOMOG, one of Indonesia’s first payment platforms, enabling gamers to purchase digital goods at over 20,000 locations. He previously co-founded PointStar, a cloud consulting firm, and Polaris 3D, a computer graphics studio. An active investor in tech startups, Vince was named Endeavor Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014 and has spoken at global forums, including the World Economic Forum.
